As a mental health provider, I act as an Agent for Positive Social Change and utilize my formal education: PhD abd, MS, MS, LMHC and CAP to help effect a better quality of life. I take a vested interest in working with clients to achieve their personal goals. Some clients present with therapy that can be brief solution-focused therapy and also work with clients for a more extended treatment plan and engage in more depth through psychotherapy sessions. No matter what your goals are, I use Rogerian theory- treating clients with unconditional positive regard. Empowerment and validating clients are also used.
