Stephanie Lauer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that works with children and adults. She believes that every person is the expert in their own lives and deserves to take an active role in their treatment. Stephanie views problems through an attachment-based lens. She utilizes various creative and trauma-informed techniques to help clients build upon their strengths while overcoming what has caused them pain. She has ample experience working with clients struggling with personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, complex PTSD, and common childhood disorders. She specializes in dialectical behavior therapy, exposure response prevention, and is certified in EMDR.
