My counseling practice focuses on making sense of anxiety, addiction, OCD, and the origins and consequences of trauma. Many of the clients with whom I work are adept at masking painful emotions, or they cope with stress in unhealthy ways. I treat individual adults from all walks of life. In addition, I work with military personnel, first responders, and others whose jobs require managing emergencies. Regardless of one's background, talking about problems with an objective outsider in a safe, welcoming, confidential setting can ease the pain and increase well-being.
