As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals. I am personable, empathetic, and genuinely care about the client's progress throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to meet clients where they are and create a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards meaningful change. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and more. I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Springfield and a graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University. In addition to counseling experience, I served as a substitute teacher and developed and ran a teen youth group.
