Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. For six years, I have enjoyed having the opportunity to help people through difficult times. I have a particular interest in mindfulness, which for me means finding the resources within yourself to develop peace and tranquility, even during periods of internal and external chaos.

I have experience with substance use challenges and harm reduction, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, gender and sexual orientation struggles, and HIV.

We will be partners in helping you find your groove, whether that means slowing down, finding something new, or seeing things from a different perspective.
