Hi! You should be so proud of yourself for taking this time for yourself! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Youngstown, Ohio. My experience comes from providing direct mental health counseling to teens and adults with a variety of presenting problems. Some of these issues include anxiety, depression, trauma, gender identity, OCD, and postpartum disorders.

I approach therapy with empathy and kindness ensuring that you are provided with a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy is a sacred place where clients can feel open to process whatever they need to be their best selves. I have provided individual therapy in community mental health, school settings, telehealth, and private practice. I believe that our environment (internal and external) is key to our well-being. I strive to help my clients tame their inner critic, identify value-based goals, and make committed actions toward acceptance and happiness. I am a firm believer that being in the present moment helps tremendously.

My therapy style and approach is very eclectic and draws from Rogerian, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strength-based systems. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are at and providing a safe space in therapy. No matter what your goals are I promise to be a collaborator in helping you achieve them!
