I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment to illness, work and life stress, substance abuse/addiction, as well as pregnancy and infant loss.
I provide therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and families using a biopsychosocial framework, coupled with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I value candor, humor, compassion and learning to understand an individual's personal story to guide me in helping people accept themselves and live their best life.
I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University and my Master's degree in Social Work from Marywood University.
