About

I am a Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist, licensed in California with 8 years of experience working in community mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, and ADHD/ODD. I have also supported clients and families through physical and sexual abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in meeting people where they are at and tailoring sessions to meet their needs. My mission is to break the stigma behind seeking mental health services and I provide a non-judgmental environment. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused, and narrative therapy based on the need of the individual person.
