I am licensed in Montana with 3 years of professional work experience. For the past several years, it has been my privilege to walk with people as they enter periods of life where they feel challenged, hurt, and often stuck. It is my goal to help you explore these wounds, navigate through the sticky places, and return to a higher level of functioning.

My areas of specialty include grief, trauma, loss, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have extensive experience with postpartum mental health, domestic abuse, and cults. I work with individuals of all genders and sexual orientations, with several years experience with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
