About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah with a Forensic Concentration and a Certificate in Criminology. My journey in the mental health field has included; working at the Salt Lake Lake County Jail, working with children in the foster care system, working as a hospital response advocate for Rape Recovery Center and most recently working in a clinical setting with children, adolescents and adults.

I appreciate that each client is unique with different backgrounds, personalities, sexuality, belief systems, etc. Therefore, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and collaborate with my client to create an individualized plan to best suit their needs and goals. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and believe in providing a safe space for healing, understanding and self-development. I believe in empowering my clients and I am committed to work alongside them, encouraging them along the way, as they build on their strengths and achieve their personal emotional wellness.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my dog, meeting new people, learning, watching movies, being active and spending time with my family and friends.
