Hi there! My name is Stephanie Fulgencio and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Texas with a master's degree from the University of San Diego . I have been a therapist for over 12 years and have experience with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, adult ADHD, and special needs families. One of my passions is working with people who are experiencing shifts in identity such as existential or mid-life crisis and spiritual awakening. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a certified life coach and can provide targeted support as you clarify your life goals, improve your habits, and work towards the potential you've always wanted to achieve.

I believe that with the right tools and support, anyone can access a greater sense of peace and fulfillment within themselves - even when the world is chaotic on the outside. It is often the tiniest shifts in our thoughts and behaviors that lead to the most rewarding changes in life, but these shifts are not always easy to make. My goal as a therapist and coach is to provide a safe space and non-judgmental perspective to help you explore your thoughts and emotions, heal from the past, and break free from the patterns and cycles that have been holding you back. My approach is warm, solution-focused, and accepting of all perspectives and belief systems.
