About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experiencing working with children, adults and families. My passion as a therapist is built upon the therapeutic relationships I build with individuals. I work with many clients coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, academic difficulties, life transitions and psychological stressors. Most recently, I have been helping individuals cope with the new normal of life as we navigate through the collective trauma of Covid. This has been particularly difficult for so many of us.

I approach therapy through a warm, gentle and nurturing approach. I start where you are, building an individualized treatment plan to meet your goals while building upon your strengths. My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy based with a solution and strength-based focus.

Beginning therapy and reaching out for help can be hard and I recognize this challenge. I look forward to helping you begin this journey to pause and find self-reflection and calm.
