Hello, and thank you for considering me for therapy! My name is Stephanie, and I have been a therapist since 2015. I am extremely passionate about what I do, as it is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they move towards mental wellness. I have experience in many areas such as depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, trauma and eating disorders. I use trauma informed therapies such as TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) to treat teens and adults who have experienced trauma. My ideals to treat eating disorders are aligned with the Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating models. I also use CBT, DBT and more for all my clients. I think educating my clients is extremely important so they can learn the skills to use for the rest of their lives. I assist my clients in regaining function in their lives, uncovering any old beliefs or pain that may be holding them back, and help them to integrate all pieces of themselves so that they can find themselves again. Walking alone in the dark of your struggles is scary, don’t go it alone. I would love to help you find mental wellness again.
