Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing primarily on mood disorders, trauma therapy, and personal growth. I've worked primarily with adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Everyone needs something different. I pull from a variety of therapies including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, working with you to identify what type of therapy and session feels most useful. My goal is that during our sessions you will feel you've moved closer to your goal, whatever that may be.
