My passion for my work as a counselor allows me to help many incredible people affirm their strengths and overcome obstacles. I am equally passionate about developing a genuine therapeutic connection with the individuals, families and couples I serve. I am a firm believer that we are all capable of achieving amazing things, but sometimes we just need a bit of help with the static in our lives in order to tune back in and gain clarity. I am dedicated to helping people, like you, cope with a variety of concerns while utilizing a wide variety of tools, including thought and behavior techniques and solution-focus.
