Welcome! My name is Stephanie and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 8 + years experience working in the mental health field as a masters level clinician. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, partial care, education setting, in-home, and prevention/ addiction services. Although that seems like a mixed bag of settings, it means that I have had experience working with a broad range and severity of clinical issues. I have the most experience working with anxiety, family/relationship conflicts, life transitions, and complex trauma/abuse. I also have experience working with depression, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and autism.

Finding a therapist that works well for you can be a daunting and overwhelming process. My therapeutic style is grounded in open communication, mutual respect, and creative collaboration. I strive to help individuals overcome personal obstacles and I hope to collaborate with clients promoting individual goals and utilizing stages of change to move toward those goals. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy.
