I am passionate about providing therapy to help others heal on their way to happiness in a comfortable and non-judgemental setting.

My approach is eclectic in nature. I believe there is no “one size fits all” type of counseling. I integrate complementary approaches and techniques drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I want to help you understand yourself as an individual and create therapeutic goals that will best compliment and challenge you.
