It is my sincere belief that we all grow and change within the context of our relationships. Giving and experiencing love is our highest purpose in life. Relationships give us the opportunity to grow into the person we are meant to be.

I specialize in working with individuals from a family systems perspective. I see a broad spectrum of clients with relationship issues, sexual issues, sex and love addiction, trauma and abuse, as well as anxiety and depression. I believe that a whole person approach is important.

With a practical, interactive, and compassionate approach to therapy, I strive to provide empathy, support and honest feedback to help you resolve current problems and change long-standing patterns. I incorporate a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, depending on what will be most helpful to you. My ultimate goal is to help you build on your strengths so that you may achieve satisfaction in your life.

With over 20 years of experience, I maintain a license in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Approved Supervisor Status with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and am a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
