I have been actively working in this field since 2015, beginning with my internship in Tacoma, WA. I graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2016 with a Master's of Education, Mental Health Counseling and again in 2019 with a Master's in Arts, Addiction Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I utilize CBT, TFCBT, EMDR, and Play therapy modalities.
