I'm Stephanie and so excited you have found my page. I love working with people of all ages find ways to live a better life, remove barriers that are keeping them from being their best self and learn to live a life they have always dreamed of. Do you feel anxiety, sadness, or fear? You don't have to. These feelings are normal. But sometimes we need help to develop the right tools to deal with them in a health way. I help people change their lives, grow self-confidence, feel more valued, and believe in their own worth and power.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed independent mental health professional in the state of Nebraska. I have been a therapist for more than 15 years and absolutely love what I do. I've worked with young adults going off to college and become successful, and people of all ages overcome depression and anxiety.

My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. My job is to give my clients the quickest relief possible which means I provide immediate feedback, tasks to focus on between sessions, and tools to learn coping skills. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients feel better about themselves! I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
