I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and nationally certified. I have worked in this field for 9 years and have gained experience from many different settings and populations. I have experience working with addiction issues as well as depression, anxiety, and trauma. My work focuses a lot on values and being in the present moment. I am a certified in Acceptance Commitment Therapy however I utilize techniques from all different modalities. I believe the most important part of therapy is having a strong therapeutic relationship.
