I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I also have am certified as a Registered Play Therapist. I received my clinical master's degree at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. I have also received a certification in early childhood/infant mental health through the University of Minnesota. I have been working clinically with children and families since 2006. I enjoy working with parents and their children to enhance the parent-child relationships. I also have experience in supervising programs that utilize practitioner level service providers as well as provide clinical supervision for people trying to obtain their clinical license. I have worked with a variety of clientele, specifically teenagers for the past 10 years. I enjoy meeting with adults that have at least basic ideas they want to work on as well as couples therapy. I enjoy spending time with my family, crafting, and word games, and camping. Please note, if you cancel a session without at least a 24 hour notice, the session will be documented as a "no show", this is due to not being able to fill the session that you canceled with such a short notice. Also, please note that I schedule 2 sessions back to back. If you are the 2nd session scheduled back to back, I am often a couple minutes late due to the site giving no small amount of time between sessions. Thanks for your understanding!.
