I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Iowa with over 15 years experience providing services to a wide range of clients. As a therapist, I have worked with clients on a variety of concerns including: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, end-of-life issues, geriatric/aging, fertility issues, mood disorders, and women's issues. I have also helped people who have experienced trauma and those facing chronic pain or chronic health conditions.

My therapeutic style is warm, welcoming, sensitive, and respectful. I provide a non-judgmental stance and work to decrease the stigma of accessing mental health services. My treatment approach includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. My treatment plan and approach will be tailored to fit your needs.
