I am a licensed clinical social worker in Arizona and Texas with over 10 years experience supporting individuals as they work to understand and better navigate the world around them. I have worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, as well as those without formal diagnoses that are simply going through difficult times.

I come from a client centered and cognitive behavioral framework but believe that the relationship and trust between the client and provider is paramount. I know that each story and situation is unique and strive to help clients make gains in whatever areas are most important to them.
