I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2001, and am also an approved LPC licensure supervisor. I completed my B.S. at the University of Oklahoma and then moved on to my graduate degrees from Columbia University. I have an MA in Counseling Psychology and a M.Ed. in Psychology in Education. I am dually licensed in the state of Oklahoma and Florida. For almost 20 years I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, stress management, job loss, divorce, medical issues, and life stress/adjustment. I have the ability to use a variety of treatment modalities which I will modify and tailor to meet your therapeutic needs. These treatment approaches include but are not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused, life coaching, mindfulness, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling and more.
