My name is Dr. Stella Abrahan and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I consider psychotherapy to be my professional calling. I continue to dedicate my professional journey to assisting clients to increase their quality of life as they decide it is their desire to grow. My approach I use DBT, CBT, Humanistics, Intergenerational therapy, Vocational Rehabilitation, and also Faith Based therapy as required by the clients needs. I am also a consultant for EAP. My focus I have the most experience working with pre-marital, couples, child abuse, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, chemical dependency, domestic violence, return to work, grief, post-partum depression, and schizophrenia. My communication style My approach is to meet you where you are at regarding your symptoms. From there I am able to assist you with improving the quality of your life as you desire. My goal is for you to find your personal empowerment. My journey to therapy I have been in the mental health field my entire career. Therefore my commitment continues to be a psychotherapy provider. At this age and experience within my career this makes me happiest, it is enjoyable and I can share more of my experience providing psychotherapy.
