I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a doctorate degree in Education and Counseling Psychology. The focus of my practice is to help clients reach their potential. I have been privileged to work in the helping profession for the past seventeen years.
My practice incorporates the client-centered, non-directive approach, the cognitive behavior approach, the eclectic approach and the use of compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard are my core elements of treatment. I specialize in psychotherapy with individuals of all ages with various diagnoses.
