About
I have over 10 year experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of capacities including individual coaching and counseling, volunteer management and community development in both educational and noneducational settings. I am a graduate of SUNY Purchase (BS in Economics, 2003) and Florida Atlantic University (MSW, 2007). I provide individual, family, couples and group therapy and coaching to adolescents, college students, adults and various special needs populations.
I love to help adolescents, young adults and adults find their passions in life and fulfill their potential through reaching their goals and becoming their most amazing selves.
I have worked with diverse populations of children, adolescents, couple, families, and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, emotion regulation, executive function disorders, mood disorders, anger, oppositional behaviors, self-harming/self-injurious behaviors, depression, parent-child relational problems, trauma related issues, and other challenging life stressors.
In therapeutic sessions, I utilize a family systems and strengths-based therapeutic approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and other evidenced-based therapeutic techniques.
“It’s not about what it is. It’s about what it can become.”
-Dr. Seuss
I look forward to meeting with you and discovering your best self!
