I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 6 years of experiencing providing counseling services. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Social Work from USC. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career challenges, life adjustments, stress, relationship issues, and health-related problems.

My approach to counseling is to partner with you to make lifestyle or cognitive adjustments to overall improve quality of life. I firmly believe in building a trusting relationship. I serve as a support to walk with you through life challenges, you are not alone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral, mindfulness, and problem solving based counseling. I will tailor and adjust our treatment plan to meet your needs.
