I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin where I have been practicing for 10 years. I recently started my own business online offering psychological mindset mentorship services to women struggling with loss of identity, poor self-esteem, healing the inner child and overall improving their quality of life. I worked in a psychiatric hospital for nine years in multiple positions including a practicing counselor as well as a psychological assistant completing diagnostic intake assessments for children and adolescents. I have been with my current private practice for five years where I have served individuals ages 5 to 55.

My specialties include sexuality/sexual identity/gender identity, improving distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills, using motivational interviewing and client centered techniques to provide some control and responsibility for the client. I approach my clients with the utmost empathy and understanding as seeking help is a huge step in the healing process. I am welcoming and down to earth and treat individuals how I would want to be treated if I were on their side. I am eclectic in my approach and often pull from many modalities depending on client needs.
