I have been specializing in treating individuals with Major Depressive Disorder and various Anxiety Disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments to help promote lifestyle and behavior changes for over fifteen years. My experience includes working in inpatient mental health settings in addition to outpatient settings working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse concerns with all age ranges.
