Hello! I started in this field because I love being of service to others and I love listening. I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years now and have gathered a lot of experience supporting people through many challenges of life. My expertise is in addiction, depression and anxiety treatment. I have been a primary therapist, family program manager and clinical director at both residential and outpatient addiction treatment settings. I have also worked in a private practice office, helping clients reduce symptoms from PTSD, relationship issues and grief. I have experience with multiple treatment modalities including DBT, CBT, solution focused therapy and object relations theory; I believe that these are some of the most beneficial treatment methods. My preference, however, is to work with individuals, couples and/or families first, before committing to a particular treatment style. People are unique and I believe that collaboration is integral to the success of the work we do together. I hope to hear from you!
