I am licensed in Texas with 13 years of professional work experience. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor and have been trained by the Veterans' Administration in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for military personnel who struggle with Post Traumatic Stress. I am experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and depression. I also have experience working with clinical diagnosis like bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I collaborate with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
