Hi there! My name is Stacy Musial. I have over 10 years of working as a therapist. I received my Master in Social Work in 2010 from Colorado State University. I currently hold an LCSW in Colorado and Nebraska. I believe in providing a safe space for you to feel my unwavering acceptance, empathy, understanding, and excitement to create a partnership in change to discover your authentic self. I offer gentle encouragement to move forward by empowering you to discover your light within to shine brightly. You can expect a mutual respect and dignity when working with me. I often think out of the box when necessary.

I enjoy working with adults and elderly. My area of interest and specialty include working with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, career and life purpose discovery, emotional eating and weight loss, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem/self love, and overall balance in one's life.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy as I believe not one approach fits all. In my practice, I has been trained in and uses eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness based therapies, Yoga therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), visualization and guided imagery, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Integrative Nutrition.
