I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experiencing working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide assistance with individuals emotional, social, mental, and physical well-being. I serve individuals with many concerns including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Parent Training, Gender Identity, Abandonment and Adoption. My experience as a counselor has given me the opportunity to widen my horizon in many areas including gender identity, process addiction, as well as communication problems.
As a counselor, I believe in assisting individuals to identify obstacles and develop a plan of action to accomplish their goals. My approach includes but is not limited to cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, dialectal, psychodynamic, Adlerian, solution-focused, and mindfulness. I plan to assist individuals tailoring the counseling style to their needs. I believe in demonstrating respect and compassion to all individuals increasing a positive climate to address concerns.
Many times life exhibits challenges that are hard to face alone. I am here to support you and your concerns developing strategies to increase overall success in life.
