Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York State. With nine years of experience in talk therapy in individual, group, and family counseling, I am eager to offer services through an online modality. I work from a person-centered approach to allow individuals to explore their strengths and challenges in social and occupational functioning. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. As a therapist, I understand the importance of having a trusting therapeutic relationship in order for clients to be able to express thoughts and feelings and make positive changes.
