I have been in practice for 17+ years and have worked with a wide range of individuals seeking support and guidance in several areas, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, racial trauma and injustice, adjustment to parenthood, couples, grief, etc. I work from an integrative and strengths based approach pulling from a heavy interpersonal psychotherapy model, recognizing that how we each take in and perceive our past and significant relationships can directly impact our day to day interactions with ourselves and others.

Even though I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with education and training, I truly believe that each client is the expert of their own experience. I provide a safe and supportive space to allow each client room to slowly begin to let down guards and take time to truly focus on oneself in an effort to not only understand but also grow. My personality has been described as "down-to-earth" and "calming" . My goal is to assist you in feeling comfortable taking this first big and very important step. Seeking help can be scary and requires a large amount of courage. I look forward to working with and walking through this journey with you.
