As a psychotherapist, I assist clients who have been emotionally wounded, to heal and to find closure. With an emphasis is on life transitions, divorce care, grief & loss, and trauma & abuse, my clients receive genuine support and practical feedback. In a secure space in which to reflect, explore, and express themselves safely, clients are able to make the journey to self-discovery, recovery and renewal achievable. I provide encouragement and advocate to resolve current problems and long-standing destructive patterns by giving my clients tools and strategies to build on their strengths and to empower themselves.
