I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of contexts and settings.

I enjoy working with clients to overcome struggles with depression, stress and anxiety, among many other life challenges, by exploring and processing thoughts, feelings and behaviors to promote change and enhance your quality of life.

I have a special interest in working with adults, especially older adults and their families, navigating major life transitions. This involves changes that come with aging, which can include dementia, caregiving, end-of-life issues, grief, loss and bereavement.

My vision is to help my clients face difficult times, cope, and discover new possibilities and perspectives in life.

Knowing you are the expert of your life, I use a person-centered approach and collaborate with you, matching various therapeutic modalities to what will work best for you. I provide a comfortable, empathic and non-judgemental atmosphere in supporting you in accomplishing your goals.
