About

One of the most important things we need in life is balance. This is difficult to achieve with life's constant demands on our time and energy. Without balance, life becomes wearisome and at times, unmanageable. In the effort to find relief, we find ourselves drawn to self-defeating and even destructive behaviors which offer temporary relief.

I offer different perspectives to my clients. My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, strength-based and solution oriented. I believe everyone has skills to solve challenges they are facing. There are other options, I want to help you find them.
