Oftentimes we are unable to see that we are stuck in the same movements over and over, repeating the same stress, anxiety, and behaviors. We need someone who can give and balcony view perspective in order to see what is taking place so we can make the changes needed to get back on track. I can stand in the balcony. I can help you identify what it taking place and show you tools to help equip you for change or healing, whatever is needed in the unique situation.

I have years of experience working with youth and children and helping families navigate through difficult times. My experience includes working as a school counselor as well as working in private counseling sessions in my own practice.
