I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in a multitude of settings with people from all walks of life with varying concerns.

My approach to treatment combines humanistic, strength based, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques. My style is genuine, non-judgmental, and warm. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I want to help people feel empowered to make positive changes, improve their situations, and have the best quality of life.

I also have a specific passion in working with cult survivors to aid in their life transitions and provide emotional support as they adjust to life outside of the cult.
