I have been a therapist for 21 years. My goal is to assist individuals, couples and families in coping with meaningful life issue that are preventing them from living the life the life they want. No issue is too big or too small. My German Shepherd Luna is probably my most therapeutic tool. I believe that the relationship we form is a powerful tool in helping us determine your specific issues and your specific treatment plan to move you toward the healthy life you want. I do prefer hour long session because I believe that’s when the best work can occur. If you prefer shorter sessions we can accommodate that as well. I check my messages hourly.
