I use a blend of therapy models and approaches to identify your strengths as we examine how your thoughts affect your behaviors. I will meet you where you are. We will develop a treatment plan with attainable goals and work toward these each time we meet. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management and crisis intervention. I have 17 years of experience as a social worker working with individuals and families in the fields of child welfare, substance abuse, mental health and the medical field.
