I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I have been working in the counseling field since 2003. I have experience working with clients in educational and outpatient settings, specializing in anxiety, emotional regulation, social relationships, parenting, coping and adjusting to life changes. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy and solution-focused therapy, using evidence-based techniques and focusing on the needs of the client. I also incorporate holistic counseling by tailoring treatment approaches and techniques to meet your personality characteristics and personal goals. I believe in working with clients to challenge, encourage, and celebrate growth.
