I can offer a superbill if you plan to submit one for out-of-network reimbursement.** I'm a Relational & EMDR Therapist for highly-motivated 20-to-30-something-year-old New Yorkers, specializing in the treatment of anxiety; depression; relational/attachment wounds; trauma/childhood trauma; and other emotional health concerns. Being a human is so complex, but what if you had a trusted guide to walk with you through this crucial crossroads in your journey and help you discover your truest, most powerful self? Through my personal therapy and work with clients over the last decade I know how transformative it is to face yourself and walk through the darkness alongside an empathic witness. My integrative approach is heavily informed by advanced clinical training in the following modalities: Psychodynamic/Attachment-Based; EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy; IFS (Internal Family Systems); Somatic Awareness; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy); and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
