I aim to serve as a conduit for change while empowering individuals to gain the skills necessary to lead a healthy and functioning journey in life. I am a seasoned clinician with over 17 years of experience in many different capacities within the mental health field. My open and compassionate environment will serve as the venue for a safe and cathartic experience. I believe in approaching life’s struggles from a humanistic and holistic approach. Genuine and present. I have experience working with a continuum of developmental stages of life. I am competent in working with a variety of therapeutic issues. I don’t attempt to fit my clients into a box that is comfortable for me, I am here to help you, by meeting you where you are at. My foundation is client-centered and eclectic, with many useful tools in my belt. I want to help you overcome the obstacles that exist on your path that prevent you from leading the life you deserve. The obstacle can be new and acute or life-altering and pervasive, we can work together to overcome and free your path.
