Hey, you found me! My name is Stacey Strehle a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania. I know that your time is valuable so I provide sessions online so you can have a session and skip the commute. I enjoy working with a variety of people and cater my sessions to your individual needs. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. Do you need to work through a problem quickly? I can provide Solution Focused Therapy which uses your strengths to empower you to work through and identify solutions to difficulties you may have. Dealing with a lot of stress or anxiety? I'm happy to teach you Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach grounding techniques and healthy coping strategies. While integrating evidence-based techniques into my sessions, I also focus on you as a whole person addressing the mind and the body so that you can achieve your goals, increase your confidence and feel empowered in your daily life.
