I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Iowa and Wisconsin and have worked in the mental health field for over 7 years. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variation of concerns including life transitions, symptoms of anxiety and depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, physical trauma and emotional abuse. I have also supported many people who have encountered work stress and high conflict with others.

I believe in self-determination and view therapy as a partnership to achieve your desired goals. My approach is centered around solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and humanistic therapy. A collaborative approach while creating a treatment plan individual to your wants and needs will be a key start in fulfilling your desired objectives.
