Hello and Thanks for stopping by! I am a compassionate, patient and very open-minded counselor. I have 8 years of experience as a LCSW in the medical field. Much of my experience is with adjustment, mood, and grief disorders in the context of chronic medical issues and/or other major life adjustments such as career, relationship, and education challenges. If you are feeling stuck right now in a new or unexpected phase of your life, I am here to help.

I treat each individual with dignity and respect and foster a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment. My approach combines strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based counseling.
